Wonderful experience, customer service, and surgery. The let down was not being asked if I wanted to keep my wisdom teeth, and being told too bad they were thrown away. 😞

i appreciate how straightforward and easy my wisdom teeth procedure was. i especially want to thank heather for being with me during it all and making me feel comfortable and having a nice warming presence overall.

I have been to this office 5 different times and I cannot think of a negative thing to say or a suggestion to improve their office. The office staff is friendly, patient and very efficient. If you have a question or concern they are very nice about making sure that your concerns have been clarified. The medical staff is also very friendly, professional and knowledgeable….. which helps a lot to make one much more comfortable and a lot less anxious! Then there is Dr Mazz…… I wish all doctors had his knowledge, patience and amazing ability to comfort and insure understanding of recommendations and procedures to come. This practice is the best I have encountered ever!

What really sets this office apart is the staff. They are phenomenal—some of the kindest, most compassionate people I’ve ever encountered in a medical setting. From the front desk to the assistants, every single person made me feel genuinely cared for. They were patient, warm, and made sure I was never left in pain or unsure about what to do. Dr. John J. Mazzuoccolo did a great job with the surgery itself, and I’m grateful for his skill. But what made this experience truly exceptional was the way the team handled my recovery. Anytime I called with a question or concern, someone got back to me quickly—and the doctor personally made sure I had what I needed to stay comfortable. If you're looking for an oral surgeon who treats you like a person, not a chart, this is the place. I highly recommend them.
