This place is extremely rude. The phone etiquette is awful to say the least. I called to schedule an appointment and they were horrible and called me “baby”. They sound very demeaning even over the phone. Stay away from this place. I also work in the medical field; but i get the feeling they think everyone else is stupid or dumb except the office staff.
They are patient, kind, and Dr Mgrath and his staff are one of a kind. Thank god for allowing such a wonderful experience during my prenatal care term with them.
Very friendly and professional. Dr. Annie Smith is great, she talked to me and told me everything she was doing.
