If you like having terrible water quality- so bad it calcifies all over your appliances and yellows your grout and white sink bowl, then this is the company for you! Oh and bonus they use methods from like the 1950s to bill you and your information is handled by some of the rudest employees. You may even get to experience receiving a letter that tells you your drinking water did not meet consumable standards. It’s a great feeling knowing you’re paying for water that might give you cancer! It’s an absolute joy, all sarcasm intended. ☺️ Our home consists of 2 people. We are both adults and VERY conscious of how we use energy and water. Our bill is nearly 50-100 each month. I’ve been with JEA in other homes and NEVER IN MY LIFE have paid this much for water. I know my habits and I work hard to be sustainable and conscious of my water use. I remember vividly receiving a bill more than double my usual. Come to find out, someone or something broke a valve of some sort which controlled my properties water use and there was a leak. They took ZERO responsibility, whatever broke had nothing to do with me! I’m not the one doing maintenance and digging around the water valves. I see their employees all the time doing “maintenance” and/or shutting off people’s water yet somehow it’s my fault something broke and I had no idea? They never credited me or anything. So had I not questioned why the heck my bill was insane they wouldn’t have even took a look at the issue which was NOT caused by me. I am begging you to sell this company to JEA!!!!! This place is a total dumpster fire!!! You are not fit to own a utility company. It’s straight robbery to pay high prices for this CRAP WATER.

This is the absolute worst utility company!!! They are rip offs and does not value their customers. Tracy is very rude, condescending. Did not apologize for my inconvenience and showed no empathy.

This is the worst utility company in the world. They don’t have a website where you can make your payment or make it convenient for their customers to be able make a payment over the phone like all other companies. The way they be quick to turn your services off they should be quick to be more equipped with different payment methods to allow customers a fair chance to make monthly payments on time and not such an inconvenience.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star . They notify u of important information through a flyer on your car . What happens if the wind or someone took it away . Now my family is drinking contaminated water because of poor methods of notifying important information. They are now advising we have not paid water bill since we moved in January of 2025. Why would our water still be running at this point if it was that far behind? We continue to have to chase this company to find out how much we have to pay a month. They need to allow card payments to be able to better track when ppl pay to prevent this issue where now we don’t know where our payments are going . …. This is a horrible poorly run company that needs to be investigated .
