  Nissan has always been held in high regard after my personal purchases of 3 and 3 by by daughter for a total of 6 for our family. I have recommended Nissan to family, friends and co-workers. I received many texts/calls from this dealership after I stopped in to purchase a Nissan Rogue. However shortly after my purchase of a new Rogue it was leaking water from the sunroof. The drivers seat was soaked and a large water stain on the interior roof. I took it to the dealership shop and was told there was a "kink" in the seal and it was repaired.Upon picking up the Rogue I was leaving for a long trip and immediately noticed substantial increase in wind/road noise. Once I arrived at my destination I noticed another water stain on the interior roof. I returned home and called the dealership right away to schedule service and asked for a loaner, I was told ok and I could bring it in. Once I arrived I was informed their fleet vehicles had been picked up and they might not have a vehicle for me to use. I stated I had already been told it was ok. After a wait they were able to provide me with a vehicle. I sent in a survey to the general manager about my experience in hopes that someone would call and I have heard nothing. No one has communicated on the status of my repairs. Unfortunately this has changed my confidence in Nissan's vehicles, quality and customer service. I have been a loyal customer but it appears that must change. I would not want family or friends to have this type of experience after purchasing a brand new car.
