Nissan of St. Augustine

I highly recommend Nissan of St. Augustine! They were honest, fair, and transparent throughout the entire process — something that unfortunately can’t be said about every dealership. I was helping my daughter purchase her first car, and they took the time to carefully walk us through several different options to make sure she found the best fit. Marius, the owner, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the start. We worked mostly with our salesman, Rob Kershner, and he was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we met him, he made us feel comfortable and never once made us feel pressured or rushed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping my daughter find the right vehicle for her needs and budget rather than simply trying to make a sale. Rob did an excellent job communicating and following up without ever being overbearing, which we really appreciated. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. He also made the process exciting and fun for my daughter, which meant a lot since this was her first car purchase. His professionalism, honesty, and friendly personality truly stood out and were a huge reason why we chose to buy from Nissan of St. Augustine. The finance department was also exceptional. They took the time to explain the different financing and leasing options in detail and helped her determine the best choice for her situation. Their guidance ultimately saved her thousands of dollars by helping her decide on the right option between leasing and financing. After visiting another Nissan dealership that was honestly a nightmare experience, the difference at Nissan of St. Augustine was night and day. We truly appreciated the professionalism, honesty, and customer care from everyone involved.

Had a great experience with Nissan of St Augustine recently. Put in a price request for a new vehicle Sunday, when they are closed. First thing Monday Am Rose reached out and told me the vehicle was still available. I told her exactly what I was looking to do and they made it happen. Everything was done over the phone and I signed all the papers Docusign and they delivered the vehicle to me 2 hours away. Great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

The young man Christian that served me today did an amazing job. Personable, supportive, knowledgeable, and patient. If he continues growing like this he has a bright future. I always receive great service at this location and tell anyone with a Nissan vehicle that needs services to come here!

I can only speak for the service team. But I had a nice experience. It is a small place compared to other dealers. However, the waiting area has comfortable seating and some massage chairs. They also have free water in a fridge, a drink vending machine, a snack vending machine and a bin of free snacks on a table. They also leave out the remote so you can watch what you want. The waiting area is not crowded and the temperature is comfortable either restrooms near. I brought in a Nissan I had bought at another dealer a few days before to have it checked as I suspected an issue. The technician was nice, listened to my issue and him and the other guy there had a friendly conversation with me while we set up the paperwork. Afterwards they gave me an honest opinion and some advice and made share I was completely satisfied. As I left the dealer, I felt I noticed an issue they said they couldn’t replicate so I turned around and drove back and asked them to test drive it again. Without much hesitation the service general manager hopped in the car with me and watched me drive it as I explained what I noticed. Then we pulled over and he drove it to test himself. He was friendly and explained what he was noticing and why as we drove. As a woman, I hate going to dealerships. But this was a great experience! They never pressured me to get any work done on the car and seemed genuinely helpful. I ended up taking that car back however so I am no longer a Nissan owner, however The service team is hands down the best I’ve encountered at least in this situation.
