My sister purchased a Volks-Wagon Jetta from here and ONLY had the car 1 month. It’s not currently drivable and is refusing to crank. I called in on her behalf due to her trying to call and they stop answering the phone . When I called in I spoke to Mario his customer service is HORRIBLE if I could give 0 stars I would, he talked to me very unprofessional and told me he is not a magician after expressing my concerns. He hung up in my face after I asked what could be done he told me he isn’t a “magician” he then proceeded to call my sister and tell her since she a smart ass she can fix the car herself! ANYONE WOULD BE UPSET FROM WASTING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY ON A LEMON !! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE. 0/10.
