This was the best experience. I googled people in my area, reached out to a few, and Sarah was the only one to get back to me. In fact, she replied in a matter of hours. We chatted on the phone to see if her experience would be a good fit and then I scheduled my first session. Sarah was the right fit for me, offering suggestions and an ear to listen when I needed it most. With her guidance I have gained such a new way of thinking and path forward. I joke that I am the 2.0 version of myself now. I looked forward to our sessions. If you are willing to put in the work in and out of therapy amazing opportunities present themselves and your perspective of life will begin to shift.
