New China Restaurant

This is the only place which holds their condiments hostage and they tell you what amount of sauce you should be satisfied with all other Asian Restaurants have the condiments out on the counter/table for your taking. This place tells you after 3 sauces of hot mustard you will be charge a dollar. Say what now. And that little young whipper snapper boy that works there blatantly told me all you need is 3 hot mustard for a large lo mein. Like really DUDE… The Attitude There Is At An All Time High. They even have signs up which should be in RED FOR WARNING YOU OF THE BS. Unbeweavable literally… 🤬 NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL…

The food is hands down good but the thing that bothers me most being a business owner is when the attitude and the lack of respect for the customer that keep the business thriving. If the item is in the menu the hot chicken wings that everyone loves I ordered the lunch special and usually it’s a smaller portion which is what I wanted and I usually pay about $9 we’ll today I ordered through the drive through and the price was the dinner price so I came in to view the menu that I usually order from and I order the hot chicken lunch and she proceeds to tell me it’s $3 more for the sauce to go on the chicken for lunch? I’m confused so the hot wings aren’t in the lunch menu you have to order wings and pay extra to add the sauce in there when you have it as a item? I’m not ordering shrimp and asking them to add sauce to an item that’s not made that way. She preceded to speak their language to the others in the back yelling and rolling her eyes If I hadn’t paid with my card I would’ve definitely left the food

Got Sesame Chicken and it tasted old. Nothing about the meat I had was fresh. It tasted like old reheated or refried chicken. The texture of the chicken was old and spongy, ruined my appetite.
