Neosun Roofing - Jacksonville Roofing Company

A friend recommended this company to me and I reached out to several other companies as well. They were one of the first to get back to me and I could tell they were decently organized compared to some others. This was my first roofing project so I was indecisive, maybe even a little paranoid at times due to being taken advantage of in the past by someone else so I had a lot of questions, and they were more than willing to explain things to me throughout the entire process. One hiccup we had was addressed very respectfully and quickly even though it was more of a misunderstanding on my end, but they didn't make me feel like I was totally clueless so I appreciated that. I have already recommended them to a neighbor and would definitely recommend to others. To all my first time homeowners who are new to house repairs do your research and get multiple recommendations if you can because not every contractor is trustworthy. I've had my fair share of bad work and poor attitudes from these construction guys so I'm happy I was not let down this time.
