My experience with her was a true nightmare. She did NOT show up for the inspection, or the closing and we didn't even do a final walk through. Turns out the inspector she used claimed to be ashi certified and wasn't. He missed $20k worth of issues, to include a roof that I could've gotten credit for on the sale and a rusted out hot water heater. (Im certain that's why there was no final walk through.) No accountability by any of these people. I strongly do NOT recommend her.
