Great work. Had some issues with plumbing in home. Had others come out and state everything was fine. The camera of the pipes led to discovery of issues in the pipe down the line that a snake didn’t find. Found the issue and addressed the problem to improve the drainage. Also had to clear sediment and hard water buildup in the pipes. Also found the pan to shower was leaking. Reinstalled a new pan.
I couldn’t be happier with Nelson Plumbing! From the very first phone call, their staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. The team that came out to my home arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent service with such knowledgeable and courteous employees. Nelson Plumbing has definitely earned my trust, and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends and family!
I had another great experience with Nelson Plumbing. Chris was the service technician, he was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time, identified the issue and completed the work efficiently. Everything was left clean and working perfectly. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Nelson Plumbing and would gladly ask for Chris again in the future. Top notch 5 star Technician!
We have had the pleasure of partnering with Nelson’s Plumbing for over a decade on our custom home projects, and they consistently deliver exceptional service. Their team is professional, punctual, and truly takes pride in the quality of their work — a must when building homes of a higher caliber. Their customer service is equally impressive. The office team is responsive, organized, and a pleasure to communicate with. Over the years, we’ve built strong, friendly relationships with both their tradesmen and administrative staff, and we genuinely enjoy working with them. If you are looking for a plumbing company that is reliable, skilled, and committed to excellence, we highly recommend Nelson’s Plumbing. Mike Fox Fox Signature Homes
Can't say enough nice things about Nelson plumbing. Did new construction with them over a year ago. Lisa in office is amazing she went above and beyond helping with selections and keeping us in budget. Just had a few post construction warranty items and they (Josh) have been on top with communication and scheduling. Every employee who has been in our home is extremely professional as well. OF all the subs on our home they have far exceeded our exceptions.
