I am a clinical psychologist practicing in Jacksonville and it has been my absolute privilege to know Drs. Dew-Reeves and Bailey, personally as well as professionally. I first met Dr. Dew-Reeves almost four years ago, when we began working together at UF CARES conducting psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and research with children and adults infected with HIV/AIDS. We worked closely together for several years, during which I became very familiar with her exceptional knowledge, skills, and abilities. Given the extent of my professional experience with Dr. Dew-Reeves, without reservation I can attest she is, by far, one of the most exceptional psychologists I have ever met. She is an extremely bright, warm, approachable, and extraordinarily competent clinical psychologist, and I am a better clinician for having worked with her. As when we worked side-by-side, she is still my “go-to” resource for clinical consultation, particularly related to psychotherapy with children and families, and she has never failed to impress me with her expertise and ethics. Although I have less experience working with Dr. Bailey, I have had the pleasure of meeting with her and starting to get to know her professional and interpersonal style. Dr. Bailey is an extremely impressive psychologist and she exhibits poise, intelligence, warmth, and a friendly demeanor that sets others at ease. I take professional referrals very seriously and I do not hesitate to recommend Nautilus Behavioral Health. Moreover, if I had a child or family member in need of services, my first call would be to Drs. Bailey and Dew-Reeves.

My daughter has been going there for just over a month. She like the therapist but the billing is questionable/borderline fraudulent. We have been billed 3 different amounts for our sessions. When I Lisa about it, I am told to contact my insurance company which gives me a lower amount than they bill me for. She refuses to acknowledge the negotiated rate (believe its called balance billing). Had to file a complaint via Aenta to report them for the billing disputes.

As a clinical psychologist, BCBA, and owner of a behavioral health care practice for several years, I have come to know many professionals in the pediatric field. I have worked closely with Dr. Dew Reeves and Dr. Bailey and attest to their professional skills and the quality of their services!

This is a flook, dont call them they say to press 1, 2, or 3 and so on. For diffrent options. I pressed them all and the lady said unfortunately we dont carry those options. Then whybdid you say to press that number. Literally no help whatsoever.
