I scheduled a 1-hour massage based on the excellent reviews I had read. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the 1-hour massage for $80 was not available and was instead offered a 30-minute session for $60. I explained that I preferred to wait until I could receive the full hour I had originally planned for, but the staff member insisted I stay and mentioned she would offer me a “special.” During the session, she left the room, returned, and asked how long it had been. I told her it had been about 20 minutes, but she disagreed, insisting it had been longer. At that point, I felt frustrated and told her she could just go if she had something else to attend to. When it came time to pay, she was visibly upset about the tip I gave, which I explained was based on the quality of service I received. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. I didn’t receive the service I requested, I felt rushed, and there was no effort made to understand my needs or areas of pain. What was meant to be a relaxing and much-needed experience ended up being a disappointing one.
I’m all for a good massage at a strip mall rub-n-tug (I don’t care what happens before me 🫣 they get up on the table to get it) but this was the worst experience EVER! I had an appointment for an hour - was told she can only do 30 minutes. There was a kid screaming in the next room constantly, a man knocked on the door asking her for $50, she left the room 4 additional times and when 22 minutes had passed she tried helping me fasten my bra back on to rush me out… chomping loudly on gum the entire time. I paid the $60 plus a $10 tip to be kind wondering if the poor lady was in some type of abusive situation until I saw a “client” pull up in his Maserati for his “massage” next. You can’t make this stuff up. Wow.
Alex did an amazing job with my massage! I had a 90-minute massage for $120, and it was worth every penny! He worked out all the knots in my shoulders and back, but in a gentle way. He asked me how I liked the pressure, and he was consistent with it throughout the massage. He was very professional, and the massage just kept getting better and better as time went on. He is very skillful with his massaging techniques, and he even stretched my arms and legs. I felt like a new woman walking out of that spa. I highly recommend Natural Massage and I will definitely be coming back here for my next massage!
I was visiting from another town and had a horrible headache for several days. I called to see if I could be seen for some relief. They had an opening within the next 20 minutes. I received an amazing massage and got relief from my headache instantly. Very professional and through . The price for an hour was perfect. Top to bottom service with extra time on my neck, shoulders and head. I highly recommend ❤️
This was my first massage at a massage facility. It was AMAZING! I had a full body deep tissue massage. I paid $70 for one hour. It was worth every bit and I left a tip. The room was perfectly dimmed, there were fresh linens laid out, and the music they were playing was so soothing and not overwhelmingly loud. Alex did my massage. He was extremely professional and checked on me a few times throughout the hour to be sure the pressure was okay. He took care to ask me about any problems I have when he started (herniated disc). He did an excellent job of giving all parts of my body equal attention. I will most definitely be back!
