We recently had a trusted client in need of warehouse space in the Jacksonville market, and we were fortunate to have Cam Padgett and Jason Purdy on the ground to help us navigate the process. From the very beginning, Cam and Jason were knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly professional. We collaborated closely throughout the assignment, but they truly took the lead on the Jacksonville side and handled the bulk of the work to make sure our client was well represented. They understood the market, knew what to look for, communicated extremely well, and consistently kept our client's best interests at the forefront. As commercial real estate professionals, putting a client in the hands of another brokerage team in a different market requires a tremendous amount of trust. Cam and Jason earned that trust every step of the way. They represented both our firm and theirs exceptionally well throughout the transaction, making the entire process seamless for our client. I would highly recommend Cam, Jason, and the NAI Hallmark team to any commercial real estate professionals looking for a reliable partner in Jacksonville. We would have no hesitation sending another client their way, and I hope our colleagues throughout the NAI network know they have a team they can count on in the Jacksonville market. NAI Hallmark is such a great company. We love working with them on their properties. They truly care and go above and beyond for their clients! Caitlin Lee is just one of the amazing PM’s that we have had the luxury of working with. She is fantastic. Highly recommend her and her whole team at NAI.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Caitlin Lee and the NAI Hallmark team over the last several months at the Flagler Buildings off Old St. Augustine Road, and I can confidently say they have exceeded every expectation. Since Caitlin recently took over as the property manager for the office buildings, she has made an immediate and positive impact. One of the first major challenges she faced was a significant water flood affecting the men's and women's restrooms. Caitlin jumped into action, coordinated everything seamlessly, and had the restrooms restored and operational in an incredibly short amount of time. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to manage a high-pressure situation were truly impressive. Beyond handling unexpected issues, Caitlin has been instrumental in planning exciting enhancements throughout Flagler Center that will improve the overall workplace experience while supporting tenant productivity and well-being. It's clear she genuinely cares about the properties she manages and the people who work in them.
I’ve had the privilege of working with this property management company for several years, and it’s always a positive experience. Anu, Christina, and Lynn are wonderful to work with professional, communicative, and always on top of every detail. Their teamwork and clear communication make my job easier, and I truly appreciate the partnership.
We have been working with NAI Hallmark for more than 20 years and they have been fantastic to work with. Jennifer as well as everyone else who we've ever worked with has been super responsive when we have needed something. I look forward to our continued partnership. --John
