I would almost have to agree with Joe Foss’s previous review. We were not at all satisfied with the work they initially did for our 88 yr old mom in Saint Augustine. But my brother called, Victor came out took a look around and then did an excellent job of completing the exclusion process. We are very appreciative of the work, but it is frustrating when people have to come out a second time to do a job that should’ve been done well the first time. That’s why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend them. They were responsive to our issues and that in itself is huge. Thank you Victor!
After many follow-up calls to find out why they had not came to our house, they finally showed up person was not very knowledgeable about what we had asked them about. And since they left our home they have yet to call us give a surprise ask us for a business or anything of the such. They always had a good reputation of being dependable and caring about the customer. But I think there's days are gone.
Had a bit of faith with the company. But turns out that they are shady and don’t return phone calls even though they say they do. I’m very upset with the company.
Ben is responsive, timely, and professional. I appreciate it that he puts on plastic covers for his shoes when he goes inside. I haven’t seen any live bugs since i’ve been using nader’s.
Naders came out within two days to help me with a within two days to help me with an ant problem. They are very thorough and professional. Mike explained everything and I have signed up for a quarterly service due to my satisfaction and recommendation of multiple neighbors.
