Mythical Towing Services

Having car trouble in the middle of a busy day is never fun, but Mythical Towing Services made the whole experience far less stressful than I expected. My SUV suddenly overheated while driving through the area and I was worried I’d end up waiting forever for help. Thankfully, they answered quickly and treated me respectfully from the beginning. The dispatcher gave me a realistic arrival estimate and kept me updated while the tow truck was on the way. When the driver arrived, he carefully inspected my vehicle before loading it onto the truck. He stayed patient, professional, and clearly knew how to handle vehicles safely during the tow. I also appreciated that the pricing matched the quote I received over the phone without any surprise fees afterward. Overall, it was one of the smoother roadside assistance experiences I’ve had.

Florida heat is genuinely no joke for car batteries and mine picked the middle of a Thursday afternoon in a Publix parking lot to prove it. Searched tow truck near me, found Mythical Towing, called them and someone picked up on the second ring. Driver was out to me in about 20 minutes which I was not expecting given how hot it was and how busy they sounded. Got the car jumped, told me the battery was probably on its last legs in this heat, and was on his way. Honest, fast, fair price. Exactly what good roadside assistance in St Johns FL looks like.

Locked my keys in the car outside my kid's school during pickup which was exactly as stressful as it sounds with other parents pulling around me and my kid standing there confused 😅. Called Mythical Towing for car lockout service in St Johns FL and they were at my location in about 20 minutes. Tech was fast, friendly, and completely unbothered about the chaos around him. Had me back in my car before the parking lot fully cleared out. Reasonable price too. Saved the number in my phone the second I got home.

Do not use. Waited over 4 hours and paid $283 to go 3 miles. Specifically told them my vehicle required a flatbed wrecker which they said yes, of course, but did not send a flatbed so had to wait for them to dispatch a different truck. Horrible experience. Call someone else!
