I like tire outlet Durbin St John's. Customer service is great. I have been their customer for a while now. Every time, they treat me with respect and provide quality work for my cars. Their price and waiting time are competitive, giving me reason to always going back to them for future services. Keep up with your great work.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After stopping at another tire repair shop at the Town Center to get a flat tire repaired for my wife, I quickly realized it was extremely busy and no one seemed available or willing to help. I decided to leave and head home. On the way, I noticed this shop and decided to stop in — and I’m extremely glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the gentlemen working there were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They immediately made me feel like a valued customer and even offered me coffee while I waited. The repair was completed quickly, the pricing was very fair, and the overall experience was outstanding. I was so impressed with the service that I even asked them about getting new tires for my truck afterward. That says a lot about the confidence they earned in a short amount of time. I will absolutely be doing business with them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing tire repair or new tires.
Calvin and his team took amazingly good care of me. No job too big or too small for them. Thanks for getting me in and out quickly. I’ll be back!
Received a referral to go to this mechanic shop and to work with Calvin. He was so wonderful to work with! I am a single mother and I have been jaded by many mechanics in my day. This company surely is not one of those. They took such great care of me and had me in and out within a day. I trust the prices as I compared them to other local companies. I’m really excited that I found out about this place. I surely recommend it.
I came here for tires, but based on my experience at this location, I have decided to come back other service needs. Their multipoint inspection came back with an alignment I knew I was due for which I intended on getting done at my next service visit at the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised that the recommended services were only what I knew I needed versus an entire laundry list of recommended services which is something I typically get and would otherwise expect.
