MÜV Cannabis Dispensary

Sweet staff, and I used to come here all the time. Unfortunately, the quality of the products has become very hit or miss, and the return policy is what ultimately made me decide to go to another dispensary in the area. I recently tried to return two unopened Eddie Parker cartridges because the ones I had tried from the same purchase were extremely low quality and honestly disgusting. I wasn’t asking to return anything used, but the employee still denied any type of refund or exchange for the unopened cartridges. I understand that a return policy is a return policy, but other dispensaries I visit are much more accommodating when there is an issue with product quality, even allowing returns on opened products in some situations. I personally don’t expect that, but I do think exchanging unopened products when there is a quality issue is reasonable. The staff has always been sweet, which is why I continued coming here for so long, but between the inconsistent product quality and the strict return policy, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

What a nice place! The kindness, the patience, and the friendliness of the staff is top-notch. I am frequently helped by Patrick, and he has a way of making you feel like the only customer there. Patrick and the entire staff are super knowledgeable, and I've learned a few things that have helped me purchase products that support my healing and well-being. Quality products! Quality medicine! The place gets busy on weekends but the service doesn't fall apart when it does. That's the real test. Came on a Saturday night with a group, waited maybe 10 minutes for a table even though it was full. Food came out right. Good staff.

Casey and the TEAM helped make my day for the 3rd time straight. Needless to say, they all deserve a GREAT REVIEW. I feel ready to make myself müv and make this my new home!
