I had the pleasure of working with Mr. T's on behalf of one of my sellers, and I couldn't be more impressed. This was a large project with a very tight deadline because we were working toward a scheduled closing. Not only did they deliver exceptional, top-quality work, but they completed everything on time—and even ahead of schedule. The entire team was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I also had quite a bit of interaction with the office staff throughout the process. No matter how many times I called with questions, they were always patient, helpful, and made me feel like my calls were welcome. Mr. T's installed a new AC system in my house, along with redoing all the duct work and putting in new returns. My home feels 100% better! They took their time and did some quality work. Not only were the results great but they were very professional throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend them!

The owner of this company is extremely hostile, aggressive, and immature. On a rental property of ours he had his team do unauthorized, optional work on both sides and then sent me a large invoice. I called to let him know that I would pay the invoice but doing unauthorized (and completely optional) work is unprofessional and I didn’t want it to happen again. He responded by telling me he’d go over there and rip everything out! And that he could guarantee the ac was blowing colder (which I did not ask for). So the unprofessionalism then also became aggressive immaturity. I feel bad for everyone that works for him. This whole routine of him being immature and angry happened again a second time and I’m glad I switched to a new company, as I’ve saved a lot of money and experienced profoundly better customer service. Attaching one of the many overpriced invoices from him, as proof I was an actual customer.
