Mr. Chubby's Wings

Is Chubby's a 5-star restaurant? No. But that's not what they're trying to be. What they are is one of the most consistently good, affordable spots around Ponte Vedra Beach, and that's exactly why we keep coming back. Today's lunch was another solid experience. I had the grilled chicken salad, which was fresh, loaded with chicken, and a great value for the price. My daughter had the kids' chicken tenders and fries, and they were crispy, hot, and disappeared in record time which is usually the best review a kid can give. I also grabbed a Yuengling draft that was cold and only $3.75. In today's world, that's almost enough to make you check the receipt twice. The service was friendly and quick, and our entire meal for two came to under $25 before tip. It's hard to beat that. If you're looking for fancy presentation or gourmet dining, this isn't the place. But if you want dependable food, fair prices, cold beer, and a casual atmosphere where you know you're going to leave happy, Chubby's delivers every time. Consistently good. Consistently affordable. That's why we keep coming back.

Always a great experience. Its more than just a sports bar. Its great for the entire family..Staff is always friendly and tentative , Wide selection of menu items and some of the Best Wings I have ever had.. Thankyou

Atmosphere was great! Lots of happy people at the bar. However, may we have a moment of silence for the wings....they murdered the wings. So overcooked they were like jerky. BBQ sauce tasted like ketchup. So, out of 40 wings we ate less than 10. Appetizer was good. Pretzels were really hot but a nice crisp to the outside. Beer cheese tasted like the canned nacho cheese. Edible but not something we would order again. Two for one margaritas on Saturday - but a glass full of ice makes for little to drink. Water was not drinkable. Sweet little puffer fish was fun to watch but his tank was cloudy. Praying that it is due to over feeding and not bacterial growth. Waitress was sweet and nice. Hubby missed his credit card as it was sideways in the receipt folder and he didn't realize it till we left and got to the store and he needed it. Went back to Chubby's and card had been safely stored in the safe. 100% for honesty but was a sad dinner experience with the wings petrified. Maybe we should have tried something else?

The food was excellent. I got the it’s called the chubzilla burger and oh my God that thing was massive. Ordered it medium well and it came out juicy and very cheesy, the fries a were well seasoned and a just right on the crispy. Price wise it was pretty affordable, definitely eat here again when I come back up this way
