I recently dined at Aqua Grill in Ponte Vedra and had a mixed experience. I initially ordered the salmon, but it was clearly farm-raised and served extremely rare. Farm-raised salmon is often raised in crowded pens, which raises concerns for many diners who prefer wild-caught seafood. Given how undercooked it was presented, I did not feel comfortable eating it. The fish was actually raw in the middle part of the fish. To the restaurant’s credit, I brought my concerns to management, and they promptly replaced my meal without any issues. I switched to a chicken entree, which turned out to be a much better choice. The chicken was flavorful, well-prepared, and enjoyable. The bread rolls were fresh and delicious, and the salad was crisp and well-made. Unfortunately, the chocolate dessert was disappointing—it was very dry and lacked the rich flavor one would expect from a quality chocolate dessert. Overall, Aqua Grill offers a pleasant atmosphere and responsive customer service. While I appreciated how management handled my concern and enjoyed the chicken, bread, and salad, the salmon and dessert fell short of expectations. Look at the last photo to see how raw the fish is.

We had one of the most enjoyable dining experiences ever at Aqua Grill! We were celebrating our son’s birthday and my wife’s retirement. The management and staff went over and beyond to make sure we felt extra special. As soon as we walked in the door, we were given cards signed by the entire staff. Our waitress, Emma, was very attentive and always made sure to fill our glasses and answer any questions we had about the menu or specials. Now, let’s get to the food…it’s the best part of any dining experience and ours was pure perfection! My wife ordered the Blue Cheese Crusted Pork Chop with fingerlings potatoes and Brussel sprouts. She could stop saying how tender and delicious it was. Our son always gets his favorite dish, the Short Rib with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. He absolutely loves this dish! His girlfriend ordered the Lobster Roll filled with large chunks of lobster which melts in your mouth and a nice buttery roll…yum! I ordered the buffalo wings and Cesar salad, both were delicious! The desserts came next and both were phenomenal! Our son loves bread pudding and Aqua Grill has the best bread pudding in town! It is to die for…warm, soft and deliciously sweet with just the right amount of cinnamon. My wife ordered her favorite, the classic Creme Brûlée. She ate every bite and didn’t offer any to anyone else at our table. The drinks all through the evening were also fantastic! We ordered an old fashioned and the Aqua Spritz as our cocktails before dinner. We enjoyed a nice Rose’ wine during dinner, compliments of the manager and Baby Guinness for our after dinner drink. All in all, we love Aqua Grill everytime we go and can’t wait until our next visit! Make your reservation today!

They specialize in modern American cuisine with an emphasis on the freshest seafood and choice cuts of meat. Their signature mark is an eclectic and bold blending of ingredients, seamlessly weaving global flavors into classic dishes. Inside, the restaurant exudes an aura of casual elegance — refined charm without any unnecessary pretense. The space is beautifully designed with impressive aesthetic taste. All the dishes at our table were truly exceptional. My order, the Pan Seared Rainbow Trout, was an astonishing combination of flavors that genuinely surprised me: tender trout with a golden crust served over a bed of turmeric couscous, roasted squash, tomatoes, and sautéed spinach, perfectly balanced with tzatziki sauce and charred lemon. The portions are truly generous, and the artistic presentation is stunning. Parking is super convenient, and the service is seamless — gratuity is already included in the bill, saving you from any extra formalities. I highly recommend visiting!
Not bad but nothing super special. We had a party of 10. Service was slow but attentive. Waiter asked if I wanted soup or salad. I assumed that it meant it was an option with my entree that I missed. Nope. I was charged for the salad.. The salad was good. I had the fried shrimp and it was good. My wife had lobster risotto and she liked it but it wasn't as good as she hoped for. Kids meals were as good as a kids meal can be. The highlight of the meal was the bread. Holy fantastic!! The butter with the bread was amazing as well. Mocktail was almost flavorless.
Listen up! This place is absolutely incredible! The service is top-notch. Nikki, Devin, Sierra, Tara, Angela and Cary all took great care of my group. They made me feel like the only customer in the entire restaurant. Now, let me tell you about the food. It’s absolutely delicious! I think it’s even better than any Michelin-starred restaurant. Please, do yourself a favor and take your spouse, family, or work group. Just find a reason to go because you won’t be disappointed. I promise!
