Mr. Best Wrench is hands down one of the best auto repair shops I’ve come across in the Fruit Cove/Jacksonville area. The service was fast, professional, and very reliable. I especially love how friendly and relaxed they are—it made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. My car is running smoothly now and I have peace of mind knowing it was handled by someone experienced and honest. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic who provides great service at a fair price, I highly recommend Mr. Best Wrench!
I made a mistake not reading one star reviews on here. Don't make the same mistake. I rarely leave any reviews and this is my first 1 star review. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I think owner is paying for the 5 star reviews or somehow gets rid of other negative reviews. There is no way this place is 5 stars. They will over charge you,put a crappy cheap part that will break a month later and then blame you for it. And while you come in with one thing to fix they'll find 10 other that they'll charge you for. Ohh and by the way, with tax they charge close to $200 an hour!
Had the guys do a TeraFlex lift on my new Jeep, great work and excellent service. Very accommodating around my busy schedule. They also did tires and suspension on a Rav4 for me, again - high quality work at a great price. I highly recommend them! Update 8 years later: - still a regular customer and very pleased with the work they do. Lee & the team still doing mod work on that Jeep - I know I can count on them to do it right!
Excellent service. I usually schedule my service but this time had to get it today. They fit me in and did their usual wonderful job. Have used for all my vehicles and always been pleased.
Disappointed with the service. Had my power steering pump replaced and was way over charged for the job. They ordered the wrong part and got power steering fluid everywhere including the interior and didn’t clean it up. They also got power steering fluid all over the belt causing it to make a squealing noise and said that I would need to pay to get it replaced. I’m incredibly disappointed with the service and lack of care. Would not recommend going there.
