Got the 22$ option and mainly went for the vacuums. Was helped by Nick and Mason. Super hot day out there today thanks for being here. Funny story but my gf definitely didn’t realize my car was in reverse at the start and we rolled back so that’s on us but either way good quick car wash.
Zach was super friendly and very helpful. We purchased the 3 month membership since they had a deal going on. It was my first time there. I do prefer the set up of the non member side for the vacuuming instead of the members side. I do not want to wait behind someone that is taking longer than the suggested 5min to detail their car. One guys had the hood open, drying everything off, vacuuming, windexing his windows and taking out all his mats. Thankfully I pick the correct line and the guys in front of me was almost done but I still had to wait on him to get done. It was nice that they had towels and window cleaning available but for me not worth getting stuck behind someone that would delay me leaving. My car did come out clean😁
Damaged my tailgate 😢 After talking with the employees, they were very apologetic and helpful. Apparently, the manager had been warned multiple times about how fast the back rafters were moving but hadn’t done anything about it, which they suspect may have caused the damage. Either way, it’s up to corporate from here.
Don gave me the best car scent. Ocean. I love this location because of the members only shaded area. Air nozzles to help get debris from air vents and hard to reach places. Super nice associates.
Very impressed with this particular location. Fast and easy Staff was amazing My Car looks brand new Tess helped me. She told me exactly what to expect….. Tess with no stress! I ended up becoming a member on my first visit!
