only star they get is for answering my call. absolute waste of time. I don’t know if her name is Ashley or Rachel she works in the Jax Beach location and she tried to have me pay $460 a month and told me that’s the lowest she found. when originally she only had me paying 270 but my card got hacked so i missed one payment so when going back and renewing this girl who’s not even a woman obviously how to try and get me to pay 860 upfront. For someone who is in school, has never had a DUI I just got in a wreck well over a year ago. she is 100% an absolute scam. I actually found insurance all on my own, so why I need an agent when literally you can search a little harder. she’s an absolute scam. She just wants money and she’ll scam it away from you. also, how I know she’s a scam is because I’ve got full coverage. she only offered liability for $460 a month. Dont waste your time
Im at the office at 845 sat till 930 still not open ..... why have a business if your not going to be open when u say you are ?
Just wasted my time n gas going to pay my bill and your closed, on a mon at 10:20 while your website says your open and no one answering the phone.
Still has the gall to feign ignorance and lie to potential customers about other insurance companies simply to make a buck, and this is 6 years later, grow up.
Best auto insurance by far.
