Atlantic Coast Title and Escrow

Absolute excellence on all fronts. Christina, Ashford, and the AC Title Team has helped my family and me multiple times and we’ll continue to utilize their services. Professional, helpful, and friendly. They run a superb and trustworthy operation. Look no further. Solid business!

First closing with Atlantic Coast and I must say it was impressive… Specifically, Cristina had already identified that the seller was entitled to an owners title insurance policy. Loved that title was proactively looking for ways to save a seller money. Communication was just the right amount – My first experience was a good one.

Maria and her team at Atlantic Coast Title and Escrow are hands down the BEST! They are always a step ahead and I honestly don’t know how they do it. Every part of the process is smooth, organized, and totally stress free. My seller was so impressed with Maria that she actually sent her flowers! 💐 If you want a team that truly cares and delivers every single time, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!

I'm a local realtor, and today I closed my 174th home -- my FIRST with Christina Tatum and Atlantic Coast Title. Even my buyers commented on how completely Christina explained each document... She covered the details in a concise, easy-to-understand way. She explained the homesteading benefits so thoroughly that I actually learned something new! I was very impressed with the Jacksonville Beach office in general -- the receptionist was very friendly and attentive -- and with Christina Tatum in particular. I will definitely close with Atlantic Coast Title again!
