  Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time and money. I had a confirmed 5:00 PM appointment to see a vehicle and drove two hours to the dealership. The dealership closes at 6:00 PM, yet when I arrived, the entire place was closed and there was nobody there. To make matters worse, the phone number listed for the dealership is incorrect, making it even more difficult to get in touch with anyone. I eventually managed to contact the salesman about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. He told me he was at a personal ceremony and apparently had no idea about the appointment. Instead of apologizing for the situation, I was questioned about whether I was a “fake person” and asked to provide proof that I actually had an appointment. Let that sink in: I drove two hours for a confirmed appointment, showed up at the scheduled time, found the dealership closed, and then had to prove that the appointment I received confirmation for actually existed. I never even got to see the vehicle. Things happen, and personal emergencies or commitments can come up. But there is no excuse for failing to communicate with a customer who is driving two hours for a confirmed appointment, especially when the dealership is about to close. A simple phone call or message could have saved me hours of driving, fuel, and frustration. This was an incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional experience from start to finish. Two hours of driving, wasted time and money, and I left without even seeing the vehicle. If this is how customers are treated before a sale, I would seriously question what the experience would be like after handing over my money.
