I’ m so amazed how easy my Realtor Shaun Jones made my buying a home. He was there every step of the way from texting, calls and in person. He went above and beyond on many occasion. If your looking for a number 10 realtor I promise you’ll never go wrong with him.

Kelly Rotondo was listing a property that I had great interest in, after spending weeks trying to get her to text me or call or or answer her phone (with a 90% failure rate I would say) mostly calling or texting for days in a row with no response, I was told my offer was accepted before being ignored again and strung along before she told me her misunderstanding of my offer (thought I was using a FHA loan when I told her conventional investment mortgage was fine, she then changed the reason and said that it was because I couldnt view the property in person) was the reason my offer wasnt accepted. I asked her to see if I could provide a non refundable deposit to sweeten the deal, to which she claimed she would talk to the owner and then proceeded to ignore me for additional days. There is NOTHING this person could be doing that could have made them unable to give me a 1 sentence text response, or leave me a message. Absolutely horrible service, and I think it reflects on her as a person. Do your business elsewhere if you don't want the headache. Professional courtesy and respect of other peoples time would have gone a long way, but don't just string people along with false hope and ignore them for long periods.
