Momentum Realty: Emanuel Shllaku

Emanuel did an amazing job for us on a recent purchase in the St. Augustine area. We were purchasing from a distance so he was very accommodating in giving us a video tour as well a showing the property to our son on a different occasion. He answered many questions and was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. I would highly recommend Emanuel to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Emanuel is an excellent realtor he made our home buying experience so easy. He’s extremely knowable and really takes the time to explain everything. We are so grateful to come across Emanuel and we are looking forward having him as a realtor again in the future.

We had the pleasure of working with Emanuel when purchasing our home this past December. After several months of searching, he remained incredibly patient and supportive, never making us feel rushed or pressured. When a few unexpected wrinkles came up during the closing process, he handled everything with professionalism and calm. He is firm when needed, but always kind and respectful and has a great ability to stay composed under stress. We always felt like we were in capable hands. We are so grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I had an incredible experience working with Emanuel. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect home. Emanuel made the entire process stress-free, always keeping me informed and addressing my questions with patience and expertise. His attention to detail and understanding of the market truly set him apart. I highly recommend Emanuel to anyone looking to buy a home!
