We'd like to thank Renae for having her husband justin come out at 530 in the evening when he was supposed to be going home. And thank you justin for not charging us a service fee once we figured out what the problem was. Will use again! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND THANK YOU FROM 904TREE.COM CASSIDY BOYD
Had a break in my well line. Came out the same day, helped me power down the well over the phone to stop the water flow, and fixed the break. Awesome service A+++, will only use / refer them in the future, thanks Brandon!!!
I don’t understand why there isnt many reviews for Mizell. Unfortunately I hired a different company to come do a repair & they left me needing an entire new well. Mizell quickly gave me an estimate (thousands less than other companies) they came out assessed my space & got me scheduled within a few days. I was put on the schedule for 1 week out (compared to others 6-8 month waits) So far our water is great! Will recommend mizell from here on out. Thanks guys!
WOW! I called at 08:15 this morning and Brandon was at my door by 09:30. Awesome customer service from the woman who answered the phone to the guys who showed up to get my water flowing again. The repair fee was a lot lower than I expected too. I will be using Mizell Well and Pump for all of my plumbing needs. Thank You so much.
This was THE BEST experience I’ve ever had with a repair company. I called at 2:49 p.m. and received a call back from Brandon at 3:02 p.m. to let me know he can come by within 15-20 min. Everything got fixed and he even explained to me what happened, what to do if it happens again, and it was all done in a timely manner. He’s very professional and knowledgeable about his job. I highly recommend this company.
