Mark is a great guy! He got us on the schedule quickly. Him and his team did sn amazing job grim the beginning to the end. I highly recommend this company to anyone. You will not be disappointed. It feels good to shower and wash my hands in our water. Feels smooth, silky and soft. Thank you Mark for everything! Great family one business for over 30 plus years.
My family and I have utilized Fritton Water over the years. The owner responds in a timely manner and is informative of what work you will need to have done. He also gives different alternatives depending on what work you need done. My recent experience with my water pump, I had lost water pressure. As the homeowner and little knowledge from past experience of a pressure switch failing, I replaced the switch just to still have issues with losing pressure. After trouble shooting for couple hours on a Sunday afternoon, I decided to call a professional, Fritton Water, on Monday morning. The owner answered on the first call and said he can be out in a couple of minutes. I would say less than 30 minutes he arrived and I had water pressure in less than a hour. The cost for his labor was drastically lower than another company I called that wouldn’t be able to get to me till 12-4pm. My father and grandfather had good experiences with Fritton Water as well recently.
Tim of Fritton Water was exceptional. He helped us problem solve and come up with the best solutions for our well water into the house and our current system as well as our water softener. He was helpful and honest and saved us money. We replaced our water softener and the price was reasonable, especially for the customer service and warranty that was included. They showed up on schedule and did a wonderful job. We will always use Fritton water for our water, well, well pumps and more. Anything they can do I will trust them to do it. Thank you very much!
I want to say thank you to Mr. Mark and Tim for the great service! They came to to install my filter system back in 2021 and come whenever I need something checked. I met Josh today 12/4/23 and he also is knowledgeable thank you again and if you want good local work give them a call!!
I have been battling with keeping my pump primed could not figure out what it was not only did he come out and tell me what the problem was he made it where my pump wasn't staying on primed it changed all my pipes and the price was ridiculously low I'm on a fixed income and he didn't even know that and I never asked for a price but I was not expecting to have such quick service respectable and the price was ridiculously low I recommend fritton to everyone that has a pump problem thank you so much Mark you were the greatest thank you again
