I’ve been meeting with Tara Kryman for 3 months and she is so tremendously helpful. She is just what I needed in a therapist kind, supportive, compassionate, sweet, caring, understanding and has the patience of a saint. She has helped me change my way of thinking with her approach of cognitive behavioral therapy and the worksheets/homework she assigns. Definitely helps me achieve my goals and I’ve made so much progress with her help in a short period of time and I’m excited to see the transformed person I’m going to become.
