Brought my car in Tuesday to fix a water leak in the back floorboards and picked it up Thursday afternoon after spending nearly $1,000 on repairs. I didn’t drive it Friday, but on Saturday I heard a loud knocking sound. Since the shop was closed over the weekend, I contacted them Monday, October 19, and was told replacing the radiator fan would cost $500+. I wasn’t accusing anyone of breaking my fan. I was simply explaining that this wasn’t the condition my car was in when I brought it to the shop. The employee told me he wasn’t good at handling this sort of thing, that someone else would call me in an hour, and that I had done an awful lot of talking. I was just trying to understand why I was facing another expensive repair immediately after getting my car back. I had a very pleasant conversation with the woman who called me to discuss the additional repairs. However, I’d like to note that she acted as though waiving the diagnostic fee was a huge favor, when in my experience, that’s common practice at most automotive shops—especially since I had just paid nearly $1,000 for repairs. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, I won’t be using this car shop again and I’ll be taking my car elsewhere for the fan repair. Edit: I appreciate the company responding to my review. Unfortunately, given the issue that arose with my vehicle immediately after it was in their care, I no longer feel comfortable trusting them with additional repairs. My vehicle is currently being serviced at College Automotive, where I have gone previously without experiencing an issue like this. I will be letting friends and family know about my experience so they can make informed decisions when choosing an automotive repair shop.
Took my 01 Monte in First place in 18 months that I found to take my car(it’s lowered something good) and no issues. I asked for a few things done that was overdue because it’s an 01 and lowered, not a problem!! They kept in contact and finished everything I asked of them. Friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Millers for the opportunity to get to know this team. Awesome job My go to shop from now on. Because I’m not getting a newer vehicle. Refuse to. Thanks again and if needed I will be back here.
There is a reason we only bring our vehicles to Miller's Auto Repair for servicing! We recently took our 2015 Ram 1500 in, and once again, the team exceeded our expectations. It is so rare to find a mechanic you can completely trust, but they are honest, communicative, and always charge a fair price. It gives us total peace of mind knowing our truck is in such good hands. If you are looking for a trustworthy, long-term shop, look no further. Their new location is great too!
Took my g37 there to repair the water pump, and had my timing chain and gallery gaskets replaced while they had everything apart. They did a great job! Communication was great, the job was done in the time frame that was given. Highly recommend millers!
I brought my Toyota Corolla in for issues at highway speeds which could have been an expensive repair buy Miller's thoroughly investigated and explained that wasn't a necessary repair. Their intake process is very different from other repair shops I've been but they're very thorough and not trying to upsell or recommend unnecessary repairs. Both the front desk and mechanic portions of Miller's are very focused on customer satisfaction so I now see how they had a 4.9 rating. Their new location is easy to find with ample parking. Their pricing is very reasonable so it's a relief to know where I can take my car.
