ARNP Jennifer Brown has been my PCM for about a little over a year and a half or so now. She's the best and I've had many doctors along the way being in the military for 21years. First and foremost, she "Listens." She is very professional and I truly believe she cares about her patient's well being. She's always had a "Plan of action" for whatever my issues have been. Very happy I chose her without a doubt. The current front office ladies, Tammy & Linda are excellent at what they do as well. I would highly recommend this place with it's current staff without hesitation what-so-ever.

The LPRN, Josmine, was great. That’s the only good thing I can say. I was facing a possible cancer relapse and had to switch PCPs due to insurance. When asked why I was coming in told them for possible Lymphoma (cancer) and they didn’t display any sense of priority, urgency or concern. I waited weeks just to be seen by them. When I arrived for the appointment, I didn’t realize it but the front desk spelled my name wrong (first and last) on all my documents. After the appointment I had to jump through hoops to be able to get my prescriptions and appointments for referrals. Then the referrals they sent me too were all out of my network and they sent them without my insurance information. One of the referrals should have been a $0 referral in network, but it almost cost me over $1K out of network. I ended up going to the ER because I couldn’t get seen by the providers they referred me too and I was in too much pain to keep running myself ragged due to clerical incompetence. I do not recommend this office. I don’t think they have the proper staff in place to ensure good care.

Great place very kind staff,always there to help in person and over the phone,jennifer brown was my Angel send from heaven,she never makes me feel like i need to rush and say what i have to say,she listens,and always so kind!!
