Middleton Realty is no longer involved with rental management, Instead they now focus on selling your home or helping you buy your next one. They have a terrific first time buyers program, and will help you apply for a bond that you can apply towards your house purchase.

We worked with Eleanor Sears of Middleton Realty to sell our home recently. We were in the middle of a family tragedy, and she helped us with grace, knowledge, and laughter when we could barely think straight. We highly recommend Eleanor.
Madelonanne Reinchenbach is a top notch business lady, she knows how to market and sell your home. She also is a good listener and understands the business better than most. Thank you Madelonanne for all your guidance.
Patrick was instrumental in finding us our first home. As young, first-time homebuyers, we felt lost and overwhelmed. Patrick was available whenever we needed and extremely patient with us along the way. In the end, he helped us find our perfect starter home. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Jacksonville area.
Mr Middleton really knows his business. Very honest. I never felt I had to question anything he said. I have done investing business with Mr Middleton for years and he has always done a great job.
