Michelle Cloutier, LMT St Augustine Massage

Michelle is awesome! I actually took my kids to get a massage and they loved it. She was incredibly patient, kind, and professional with them. She was creative with how she treated them as they were only willing/able to be on the table for a few minutes at a time. She has a calm and warmth about her that is really soothing. I would highly recommend her!

Michelle allowed herself to become involved in a personal matter between myself and another one of her clients - unprofessional behavior for a health provider. Because that client lives in her neighborhood, she sent a text to me stating that she wanted to distance herself from the situation and let me go as a client over text without so much as offering a recommendation for another masseuse. If Michelle had acted like a professional and removed herself from clients’ personal business, there would not have been an issue, especially considering her neighbor and I have resolved our personal issue.

Michelle never disappoints. Her studio is very convenient and easy to find. She listens to what you want out of your massage and 100% delivers. She’s also very responsive which makes me feel like she genuinely cares and loves what she does.

Michelle is phenomenal! I've been getting care from massage therapists for close to 10 years. Before I moved to St. Augustine, I had a massage therapist who was an absolute beast. She had an encyclopedic knowledge of the body and knew what needed to be done every time. I've had a few massage therapists since then, but they just didn't measure up. Until I met Michelle. Michelle is phenomenal. If you need a deep tissue massage, she's the woman for the job. If you want a relaxing massage, she's the woman for the job. Chronic pain? She's the woman for the job. I cannot WAIT for my next massage. Thank you, Michelle!
