Outstanding service—even working late into the night. Metro-Rooter, A Wind River Company, provided exceptional service once again. We are repeat customers, and they have consistently proven to be reliable, responsive, and professional. We were overdue for a pump-out when our pump light and alarm came on, and Metro-Rooter responded quickly. Tyler was the first technician on site, and he was extremely polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and determined that the float had gone bad while the pump itself was still working. He was exceptional. Steven arrived next to assist and was equally courteous and knowledgeable. Because our septic tank is an older concrete tank buried deep underground, with all three access covers more than two feet below the surface, the job was not an easy one. What began around 5:00 p.m. turned into a long evening, and Kenny later arrived with another truck to help complete the work. What stood out most was how committed the entire crew was to making sure we were taken care of before the night was over. They even called in their supervisor, Dave, to ensure everything was handled properly. Tyler, Steven, Kenny, and Dave all worked hard well past 9:00 p.m., and their dedication truly meant a lot to us. Metro-Rooter is a wonderful company with a caring, hardworking, and professional team. We are very grateful for their outstanding service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of septic tank service. We will be using them again to add risers to the 3 access lids.

Our Tech Justin R was wonderful. He arrived on time and diagnosed our issue gave me a very reasonable price and had our issue resolved with in 20 mins. Thank you so much Justin for your professionalism and knowledge. Making our apt was simple and prompt. Issue was resolved and we were very pleased.

Extremely dangerous driving! I was driving behind one of their vans today and the driver was completely distracted, staring at their phone. They were weaving all over the road, constantly accelerating and then suddenly dropping speed. It was incredibly unsafe for everyone else on the highway. They need to address this before they cause a serious accident.

We had a great experience with this plumbing company! Kelly, the dispatcher/office lady, was so friendly and helpful. She made scheduling easy and kept us informed every step of the way. Tom installed our hot water heater and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Everything was completed neatly and in a timely manner. We truly appreciate the great customer service from start to finish and highly recommend them!
