Mercedes-Benz Service Center St. Augustine

It was my first time at Mercedes, as I just acquired my car. Adam in service was an absolute breath of fresh air. He was so nice and attended to our needs. He was very knowledgeable and you could tell he cared about what he did. Having a knowledgeable serviceman who’s looking to Give the best results, and outcomes is very rare. He treated me and my husband who is a veteran very nicely and went above and beyond. I truly appreciate you, Adam and will be returning for all services because of him.

The Service Manager and his entire staff(Adam) are amazing. They are the kindest and most accommodating people and will treat you with the utmost respect. I never thought I would feel so comfortable at a car dealership, here you are treated like family , you are fed breakfast and lunch if necessary and always met with warm smiles and greeted with appreciation ! Thank you - Highly Recommend !

I am very excited that this guys are now open! Not only the Mercedes but also the Porsche Service Center right next-door! I went there today to service. My Mercedes and the experience was beyond five stars! Friendly staff, and they also have a nice kitchen on site with a great chef and awesome food! Highly recommend this place!

Aleks M was awesome as our service advisor on our Mercedes Sprinter van. He did not push anything on us, spent time making sure our needs were met, and overall was a stand up guy. We really appreciated his attentiveness and great personality. We will definitely return to St Augustine Mercedes for future service. Thanks Aleks and we look forward to working with you in the future! Ken and Regina W
