My mom and I had a wonderful experience at The Melting Pot in Jacksonville while celebrating my mom’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly courteous. A special thank you to our server, Grayson, and the manager, Nicole, who were both absolutely lovely. Grayson, in particular, was outstanding—charismatic, professional, attentive, timely, and genuinely engaging throughout the evening. The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. The cheese, salad, steak/seafood, veggies, and chocolate were all DELICIOUS! I would definitely come back and highly recommend The Melting Pot to anyone looking for delicious food, exceptional service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Me and my girls had such a lovely time here! The four course meal I think is a great way to dive right in if you haven’t been before, all the options were so good and filling! Cocktails were also sweet and tasted amazing! Juan was so helpful with explaining the menu and how to choose our options! Definitely recommend for a date night!
LOVE THIS PLACE! Perfect date night spot!! Even if you are not a cheese lover they have different things! We did the force course meal and added cream puffs as a dessert our bill was $151.00 and it took us 2 hours so plan accordingly. Our waitress was so sweet. The food was really good, chocolate fondue was amazing! If it wasn’t that expensive we’d probably go here for every date night. Truly loved the experience. We decided to cook our own proteins and veggies that’s probably why it took so long but definitely worth the experience.
I went there on 3/20 with a friend for Girls Night. Our server, Jarrett, was the sweetest. If he did not know the answer, he asked. He put up with our shenanigans which made our night out even more enjoyable! We ordered the four course and loved every minute! From the formaggio, to the salads, and the entree (we selected Mojo) our meal was great! The topper: dessert! We selected the dark & dulce which was mouth watering! We plan to bring our Girl Scout troop back for an end-of-year experience! Keep something handy because these photos are mouth watering! I do recommend making a reservation.
Went here for happy hour. Got there with 15, minutes to spare, had our order ready. The host said they couldn't take us because they weren't doing it anymore then said the server said no, it was too full. Over half the bar was empty. We left because of how rude the staff was when telling us they couldn't serve us. I asked for the manager's card and got a manager instead who acted blase and dismissive about the whole situation, and it was not until I got upset and was half way out the door, that management all of a sudden changed their tune and acted like maybe they would serve us. We were prepared to give our business, but it's clear that the Melting Pot no longer lives up to its customer service expectations. *update as it seems they are further embarrassing my friend on her review, alleging that she (or I) screamed. The lounge was empty, I have photos to prove it. Do better and don't disparage people. **second update... Katie was my friend and you had her in tears for the way your host was so rude and condescending. It was 5:45 and your server literally told the host he didn't want any more tables.
