Medusa Lounge Jax is the ultimate VIBE!!! I’ve been here on several occasions including a VIP on my birthday with all my friends. This is the ONLY venue in Jax where I felt safe like I was hanging out with my family. The music sounds like my personal playlist and had me on my feet all night long. The food OMG! I will literally leave my job with food just to come eat food HERE. I’ve had the Shrimp and grits, any of the rasta pastas, and the wings are TOP TIER. Everything comes out fresh and the flavors and so unique. The bartender MALIBU gave us world class service. You can tell when a bartender really enjoys their job and she was the epitome of sister/friend at the bar. I’m not much of a drinker and didn’t know what to order and asked her to come up with something kinda strong but sweet… Malibu came up with this moderately fruity, almost tropical tasting tequila drink that I haven’t forgotten about yet. I can’t wait til next week. I also happened to see my friends and I on the Instagram page a few days later by surprise and it brought back all the feels. It’s safe to say I love this place. It even looks cool inside like a Versace decor I’ve never seen anywhere else. I will be revisiting this club as much as possible. VIP is a must because this place gets packed every night!!!!
The vibe was turnt but for a Friday night the Dj only played old school music which I love me some old school but the was a mixed crowd so the Dj should have mixed the music up. The owner or so he say got very rude about a booth which was already paid for by my sister the birthday girl. Made me pay again which he said 50.00 for the booth but charged me 75.00 . When I looked at my receipt but I didn’t complain because I wanted my sister to enjoy herself. Don’t get me wrong he is a grown man but was crying saying I was touching him like I was doing him harm and when I explained I wasn’t trying to offend him and that I could leave all he wanted was my money due me being a lil tipsy. My sister enjoyed herself but I would never.👎
I had a really great time at Medusa Hookah Lounge! The vibe was nice and welcoming, and the music was just right — good energy all night. I went on a Tuesday and they had drink specials, which made it even better. The drinks were strong and made just right! I ordered the lemon pepper oysters with parmesan and they were so good — fresh, flavorful, and seasoned perfectly. If you’re looking for good food, good music, and good drinks (especially with specials!), this is definitely the place to go. I’ll be back!
Medusas Lounge is hands down one of the best nights out you can have. The atmosphere is nonstop turnt from the second you walk in — the music, the crowd, the energy — it’s impossible not to have a good time. The drinks are strong, delicious, and made right every time. The food, especially the ox tail 😍, is seriously amazing and way better than you’d expect from a lounge. And the service? Stellar! The staff keeps everything flowing and makes sure you’re taken care of all night. If you’re looking for a place that guarantees a good vibe, Medusas is where you need to be
The bar is always clean Kay and Dawn are the sweetest every drink was good! Wings and pasta always fresh Rasta pasta with salmon is my go to! The dj is good on the weekends people always dancing every time love the vibes
