Martinez Augustine Roof Fix

Martinez Augustine Roof Fix was very professional from start to finish. Lucas came out to my home and gave me a roofing estimate quickly, and he responded the same day I reached out. He arrived right on time as promised and explained the roof repair process in simple terms. His pricing was better than other contractors and larger companies I checked with, and the value really stood out. What impressed me most was the quality of the roof work. He repaired the roof on my kids' playhouse and made it look excellent. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and clean finish were easy to see. He worked efficiently, kept the area tidy, and made sure everything was sealed up well for hot weather and heavy rain. I highly recommend him to anyone needing honest, dependable roof repair work, and I would gladly use him again for any future roofing needs.

As first-time homeowners, we had a great experience with this roofing and gutter team for several major exterior projects. We highly recommend their services. After moving into our home in St Augustine, we learned that some siding had started to rot partly because the house did not have gutters to move rainwater away properly. We were referred to this company by family members who are very careful about who they trust for home work, and the recommendation was absolutely right. The first job was a new gutter installation, and we were very happy with the results. The crew finished quickly, kept the project on budget, and made the whole process easy. Later, Lucas helped us with repairs to the damaged siding, recommended better materials to help prevent future moisture problems, and also fixed trouble spots on the roof. Having the siding and roofing work handled together saved time and gave us peace of mind. Lucas was especially helpful, flexible with our schedule, and took the time to inspect the house more than once so everything in the proposal matched what we needed. The roofing crew was friendly, respectful, and professional throughout the project. They were prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to help us protect and maintain our home in Florida’s rainy and sunny climate. We are very grateful to have found a roofer we trust for future exterior and roof-related work.

If you are looking for a quality roofer, this team is a great choice. They walked me through the roofing options, explained the differences in materials, and gave me an honest estimate with clear pricing for each level of shingle quality. I chose a Class 4 shingle with a transferable warranty and strong wind resistance, which gave me extra peace of mind and may help with insurance savings. Before replacing my roof, I had dealt with serious storm damage and spent a lot of time researching roofing contractors. I was flooded with calls and offers from roofers, but it quickly became clear that not every roofing company delivers the same level of workmanship. A lot of people know someone in roofing, but not everyone knows a roofer who truly does high-quality work. What stood out most was their attention to detail, solid communication, and the way they handled the whole roof replacement process without cutting corners. In Florida, where heavy rain, high heat, humidity, and strong winds can really wear down a roof, it matters to have a contractor who uses quality materials and installs everything the right way. The finished roof looks excellent, and the whole experience was smooth from estimate to cleanup. I highly recommend them if you want dependable roofing service and professional results.

I started searching for a roofing company quite a while back and wanted a team I could trust. They were very responsive, patient, and gave me plenty of helpful information, along with photos and references from other roofing jobs. I also got another quote that was a little cheaper, but this company was much easier to work with, communicated faster, and made the whole roof replacement process feel straightforward, so I felt the extra cost was worth it. They were flexible with scheduling so my family could be away while the roofing work was being done, which really helped since a full tear-off and install can be loud. We had a new roof and gutters installed in St Augustine, and the whole job went smoothly from start to finish. Clarence and Lucas were excellent to work with, and each day they took time to explain what was happening, what the crew was doing, and what to expect next. The roofing crew did a great job with cleanup at the end of each day, and the workmanship looked excellent. In the Florida heat, it was reassuring to have a crew that stayed organized, worked efficiently, and paid attention to the details. They even let me keep a large number of old cedar shingles so I could reuse them for a project at home. Overall, they were professional, easy to work with, and delivered high-quality roofing and gutter work. I would gladly hire them again.
