I had Mark come out to inspect one of my Airbnb properties after a guest reported possible bed bugs. He was thorough and inspected all three bedrooms and the couch. He didn’t find any live bed bugs or signs of an infestation, and instead of trying to sell me an expensive treatment, he gave me an honest assessment and explained my options. I really appreciated that he wasn’t pushy. He told me I could monitor the property and only move forward with treatment if another complaint or evidence appeared. He also pointed out a couple of unrelated maintenance issues he noticed while inspecting, which I appreciated because it showed he was paying attention to the overall condition of the property. If I ever do have a bed bug issue in the future, Mark will be the first person I call. Honest, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Mark has been SO helpful!! Me and my best friend just moved into a rental home and there ended up being bed bugs. Weve never experienced them and didn’t know how to go about treating them. Mark was so knowledgeable and helpful. He not only treated our house ASAP, but also educated us on what to look for. He has a 3 month guarantee and really makes sure and checks in with us that everything was going well even after treatment. I couldn’t recommend him enough!!
I just moved into a rental and unfortunately the house has fleas in it. Mark was quick to book me in his schedule before Orkin came. He did an amazing job answering all my questions and making me feel better about the whole situation. He is very compassionate and I would recommend anyone to him
Mark came out to inspect our home the very same day we gave him a call, which was much appreciated when you are stressed about the potential of bed bugs. He was very friendly and eager to help us out. Mark was very thorough in his search and although he did not find any bugs (thankfully!), he was able to put our minds at ease and educate us on what to look our for if we should worry in the future. It was nice to work with someone who has expertise in the area instead of your standard pest control company who over charges and would most likely not come same day. If you are concerned you could have those pesky little bugs, don’t hesitate and give him a call!
I can say enough about how amazing Mark has been. He responded immediately to my concerns, assessed the situation, and completed the work all within 48 hrs of my call. He was thorough in explaining my options and recommendations, transparent pricing, in his pricing, and reassuring he would provide follow-up as needed.
