Mark Deemer, Realtor - "The Deemer Difference"

As first time home-buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor! We were moving from out of state and Mark was wonderful at working with us in the months leading up to our purchase. He took a lot of time explaining things to us and helping us prepare for all that was to come with buying a home. During the one quick weekend we come to Florida to look at homes, Mark set up some amazing showings and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. During the closing process he always kept us updated on deadlines and was our eyes and ears at the home before we made our move. Mark truly made this home-buying experience as great as it could be and really puts his clients first!

Mark is truly a fantastic person to work with. He was very generous with his time and always put our needs first. He was always willing to walk the properties with us and point the many different things an untrained eye wouldn’t notice. He made the home buying process very easy and always made us feel comfortable. We were very happy and grateful to work with him.

Mark was referred to us by family and I don’t think we could’ve had a better realtor to work with! He is so detail oriented and helps you see things you normally wouldn’t think of when buying a house. He went above and beyond, driving across town to view homes with us. He gets very involved, ensures satisfaction for his clients and makes buying a home an overall great experience. If I’m ever moving again, he’s definitely going to be my realtor.

Mark was a fantastic and thorough realtor, throughout multiple transactions (selling our old home, building a new home, and eventually buying my own home). He was extremely responsive to any and all of my questions (and I had a lot!), often replying to texts and emails late into the evening or while on vacation. He went out of his way to make sure he was available to be there during important meetings. He was sensitive to my specific needs during a difficult time in my life, while giving me a good dose of reality when I needed it. All of this while navigating a wild wild market. Mark was a voice of support and encouragement for me when I needed it, eventually becoming a friend who was genuinely happy for me in the end when I got my keys to my home. Mark was able to provide me with advice on good/bad decisions, and direct me to resources when he could not provide answers to certain questions. I appreciated his help and expertise, and would seek his help again in an instant should I ever need a realtor again.
