I cannot say enough good things about Meshell Perry and Dogwood Realty. My home sale was far from a simple transaction—it involved unexpected challenges, tight deadlines, difficult circumstances, and more than a few stressful moments. Through it all, Meshell remained dependable, responsive, patient, and completely committed to getting us to the finish line. What impressed me most was that Meshell never treated me like just another client or another commission. She genuinely cared about the outcome and consistently went above and beyond what I would normally expect from a realtor. Whenever a problem arose, she immediately focused on finding a solution. She communicated clearly, stayed on top of every detail, coordinated with everyone involved, and helped keep the transaction moving when it could have easily fallen apart. Meshell is knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, and remarkably calm under pressure. She knows how to advocate for her clients while still maintaining the professionalism necessary to bring everyone together and get the job done. Having her in my corner made an extremely demanding process much easier to navigate. If you are considering buying or selling a home, do yourself a favor and call Dogwood Realty and ask for Meshell Perry. You will not simply be hiring someone to list or show a property—you will be gaining a dedicated professional who will stand beside you, protect your interests, and work tirelessly on your behalf. Meshell earned every one of these five stars, and I would confidently recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional realtor.
Meshell and her team are very helpful and savvy with both the selling and buying processes! She looked out for my well being and was honest with her assessment of homes I was looking to purchase. She wasn't there just to make money. I encourage anyone looking to buy or sell a home to do so with Dogwood Realty. Highly recommended for those with little to no experience buying or selling.
Working with Michelle Lewis was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She was incredibly patient with us throughout the entire home-buying process, especially with all the bumps along the way caused by an unresponsive seller and delayed updates. Despite the challenges, Michelle remained professional, transparent, and consistently kept us informed every step of the way. We looked at close to ten houses, and not once did she seem disengaged or tired of the search. She always provided the information we needed, answered our questions promptly, and made sure we understood every part of the process. Her persistence, dedication, and attention to detail truly made a difference. In the end, we were able to close on the home we loved, and without Michelle’s help and determination, we would have struggled getting through all the hoops involved. Michelle Lewis is a ROCK STAR in our book and is highly recommended to anyone looking to purchase a house. We’re extremely grateful for her hard work, dedication, and support throughout the entire journey
Meshell Perry at Dogwood Realty was professional, knowledgeable, and always had my best interests in mind. She explained my options clearly and guided me through every step. After two of my homes sat on the market for nearly a year with another realtor and received no offers, Meshell listed them and both sold within four and a half months. If you're looking for a hardworking realtor who delivers results, I highly recommend Meshell Perry and Dogwood Realty.
Meshell and her team helped find us an amazing home and an option we didn't know was possible. Her team was prompt, courteous, and effective! Highly recommend.
