When Dr Messinese and his staff moved their Baptist Primary Care Clinic 100% to Fleet Landing CCRC, it created one of the best health results that could have happened for Fleet Landing Residents. Very skilled, knowledgeable and personable ON SITE medical assistance now is almost instantly available. And with folks who already know us, our neighbors ... and our likely needs.
You could not find a better, more caring and knowledgeable physician than Dr. Messinese. The recent changeover to Baptist Primary Care is why I did not rate the practice 5 stars as the wait time, the ability to reach office staff by phone, and problems with issuing correct paperwork has all impacted efficiency, which I hope will improve with time.
If I could have given 6 stars I would have. Simply put, Dr. Messinese and his team are thorough, prompt and just darn good at what they do. All great folks!
They waited until they roomed me to tell me "they had made a scheduling error, and wouldn't be able to see me". Then the M.A. said "let me escort you to the door", like I was a thief and might steal their chairs on the way out. Very unprofessional.
So helpful. Super nice. Great doctor! Friendly staff too!
