Margaret Fishback, Realtor, Berkshire Hathaway

Margaret was an absolutely wonderful agent to work with and made the process impressively seamless and smooth. When presented with the task of not only buying a home, but selling our current one - she was able to help us successfully make our contingency purchase in an impressively short amount of time. Margaret is knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to her clients. What I appreciated most was her care in explaining documents and commitment to us understanding every part of the process. When it's time for us to sell again, we will 100% be working with Margaret.

Margaret was an exceptional realtor for us and went above and beyond to make the home buying AND selling process as painless as possible. Every bit of jargon was explained to us thoroughly in a way that was very approachable, and Margaret made herself available for questions at all hours of the day. I highly recommend her services for anyone looking to buy or sell a home, but especially for first time buyers/sellers.

Working with Margaret to find my new home was a pleasure! She patiently helped me narrow down where I should live and the kind of home that would suit me best. Margaret genuinely shared my joy when I found my new home. She obviously loves what she does and works hard to take care of her clients well.

Margaret Fishback is an amazing realtor! She did an excellent job guiding us, addressing our concerns, negotiating, calming our fears, and interfacing with all parties in the purchase of our new home. Thanks again, Margaret!
