Marc Fagan is undeniably a 'hunter' in the real estate world. If you are looking for an agent who treats every negotiation like a battlefield, he may be the right choice for your specific needs. However, prospective clients should be aware of the professional collateral damage that accompanies his style. In my dealings with Marc, his aggression was not just directed at the 'other side,' but at the very professionals required to get the deal to the closing table. His conduct—which included verbally berating my mortgage broker and leaving a fellow Realtor in tears—created an unnecessarily hostile environment. Most concerning was a lack of transparency regarding his financial concessions. Marc claimed to have reduced his own commission to pressure my mortgage broker into taking a similar cut; in reality, Marc had not taken a reduction at all. He took credit for a sacrifice someone else made to attempt to divert a commission cut away from himself. A successful real estate transaction requires a lead who can navigate high-stress situations with poise and honesty. Marc’s apparent prioritization of his own commission check over professional decorum and truthfulness makes him a significant liability in any deal requiring nuance or genuine collaboration.

I would give Marc even more stars if I could. We had the absolute best experience with him as our realtor. He was very attentive, professional, creative and dedicated to selling our home. His attention to detail is excellent. The listing, photos and flyers for the home were just beautiful. He communicated every step in the process and sold our home for us in just over two weeks. He is so personable and engaging and makes the whole process so easy. Highly highly recommend!!!
