Manifest Distilling

We booked a tour for our wedding anniversary & Corey went above and beyond. He was so hospitable and took his time giving us the history of the company and walking us through how all the spirits are made. Taste testing was a blast & we were so impressed by the Florida citrus gin & whiskey. The seasonal spring cocktail menu at the bar was incredible. James and Neil know what they’re doing & we can’t wait to go back when the summer menu is released. Overall, we loved our experience at manifest and highly recommend it!

Recently had a Celebration of Life Celebration at manifest, and we had the best experience through an unexpected and difficult time. Corey was our contact and he was in constant communication with me and asked questions to help but also offered options and solutions to things we didn’t think of. He was able to get a food truck to set up outside, so there was food to accommodate the drinking. Created a limited cocktail menu that honor the friend we lost. James was also working during the event. Both Corey and James made sure myself and partner were checked up on and we never went without a drink in our hands. “Thank you Linus.” Lily HIMYM. Seriously, thank you to Manifest for handling a large crowd with grace and understanding and always being respectful of the situation.

What an incredible little spot that’s more than I anticipated. The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. They knew all the details and info about their products! The tastings were a great option but many other cocktail options! If I lived in the area this would be one of my go to spot!
