I have my 2 young children going to see a Counselor there. While my children's Father and I mutually agreed to this counseling office, due to sheer convenience, I regret to say this Counselor is not providing the proper support and therapy needed for our young children to navigate through divorce and having 2 households. I simply feel she is not qualified or experienced enough. She seems to be extremely judgmental and extremely bias while favoring one parent over the other, which is not the point of counseling for the children. During one session, she says she wants both parents to attend, but then the other she says she needs each parent to communicate with each other that each are attending. This is not marriage counseling, this is young children counseling and I fear she is adding unnecessary stress towards our children during their sessions. What does it matter if each parent knows the other will attend the session or not. As long as they are getting paid for the session, that should be their only concern. She literally said she didn't want to be caught in the middle. In the middle of what? Again, not adult or marriage counseling. We are there for our children and whether we know the other will be present is completely irrelevant to the children's counseling. Furthermore, she had a person shadowing our session. This was not asked, just told and I feel that is a violation of our HIPAA rights and I am filing a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights (OCR). The fact that our personal familial issues where discussed in front of a stranger who has absolutely no knowledge of the history was violating and uncomfortable to say the very least. I felt mine and my children's privacy and rights were seriously violated. Also, I feel bad that this person is learning from this Counselor. On top of everything, my 6 year old son got sand in his eye while "playing" during his session. Now I wonder what else may happen that is potentially harmful in her "care". Overall, very bad experience and I will be looking for a therapist that has a higher educational level, have the ability to be unbiased for the sake of children, and better quality experience to help our children navigate during this difficult time, not make it harder for them and everyone involved. Until then, I am hoping retaliation from this review does not occur. I just hope parents are careful with who they trust their children's fragile little minds with as mental health is extremely important and should be handled by experts who actually know what they are doing.

Easy to get an appointment, and you can see why after visiting. I understand therapy is a practice, but some need to observe and study more before they ruin people's lives (E theraptist). Privacy is a concern. I had a terrible experience here and do not recommend it to anyone.
When I originally called, the front office person was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure that my needs were met even when I wasn’t sure what exactly I needed at the time. I was looking for a DBT therapist. She helped us get an appointment with the right person in a timely manner. We have had a wonderful experience with Ms Connie as a therapist. She is knowledgeable, patient, and wonderful to work with. I would, and have, recommended this office to anyone in need of counseling and/or therapy.
The Therapist at this location are great. Just the administrative side/ front desk is poor. They are unorganized, unprofessional and I always have a hard time with them when it comes to speaking to someone directly. They also gave me a hard time about a cancellation at one point. I always have to go through my therapist to make sure things get done when it comes to this area of things. I have been very disappointed when it comes the administrative side of things at this center. I truly hope they have improved and gotten better from the last time I was there. I have went here awhile back and definitely recommend Therapist Suzanne Sinnwell. I have been seen by her for 6 years now and she had help me so much! She truly has the patience, the tools, and resources to assist you. Even though she and I agreed that I no longer need therapy. I still stay connected with her and reach out to her if for whatever reason I need her even after all these years! that's the type of therapist she is. She is the best! I have healed and grown all because of her help and guidance. I give her 5 stars all the way! great experience with her and I do recommend seeing her!
I had the most amazing massage session with Dawn Thomas. I have been dealing with pain in my upper traps/rhomboids for weeks and she was able to, almost instantly, ease my discomfort. I was able to completely relax and enjoy my session, which never happens for me. My appointment for my next session was booked before I left the building. As long as we are both local, I will be a client.
