Makk Fashions

Less then two weeks ago I purchased a dress in the store. Worn it once and washed it per manufacturers directions and ended up having bleeding from the blue flowers that were on it onto the cream color. As I tried to contact them, I sent a picture along with the receipt and received no refund. it is obviously a manufacturers problem as the blue should not bleed when you wash it by hand in cold water. She not only was rude to me when she contacted me back stating that the picture showed coffee stains, which is absolutely not true. I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have sent a picture if there was coffee stains all over it and expected a return. They would not stand by their product and didn’t absolutely nothing about it. I told her I would send her a different picture because the dress is propped up on a dark chair behind it. Then she refused to do that and came back to the fact that I wore the dress once. I feel $46. The company could’ve been a lot more understandable and stood by their product. My advice is to wash anything you buy there first and good luck with returning it!!
