I cannot say enough good things about Sam. My partner took me to our first meeting with my grandmother’s gold ring and we told him we wanted to turn it into our engagement / wedding ring. I explained my preferences, likes, and dislikes but I wasn’t really sure exactly what I wanted. He showed me a lot of options and then he designed the first 2 images. The final product is the 3 images below. We are so glad we chose him for such a meaningful and timeless piece. I LOVE my ring. Thank you so much Sam for your kindness work art and skill. Highly recommend!!! I’m glad we trusted him with ring that has been in my family for over 53 years.
What a lovely Store very convenient and the staff and ownership is above repute. They called to remind me of an item. I had left long ago and even had forgotten. Thank you for your honesty and for tracking me down and allowing me to retrieve my beautiful necklace thank you. I’ll come again.
Called to inquire about getting a watch battery replaced, and they were very friendly on the phone. Came in to have the jeweler look at it to verify he could do it, which he was. The team had me in and out in what seemed like just a few minutes. Very friendly staff. Will certainly be back. Thanks for the great service!
Took in my son’s silver necklace and they fixed the clasp that was broken and cleaned it and didn’t charge me for anything. Offered to clean any of our jewelry and just asked for a review! I would recommend this Jeweler to anyone!!
We’ve been going to Gold and Diamonds Direct for over 20 years, such a trustworthy, family-run business. Everyone is always so kind and knowledgeable. They even caught a missing stone in my wedding ring before cleaning it and had it replaced quickly. Truly appreciate their care, honesty and expertise!
